This is a gentle meditation that will guide you through building awareness and connecting with the breath. I like to think of the breath as our anchor. It is what keeps us grounded. It can be used to keep us steady through difficult moments. Learning to connect with the breath is one of the foundations of meditation.
Starting a day behind because I prefer to meditate in the morning. A much needed reset before starting my workday. Appreciate this and looking forward to the next 6 days.
